Public Records Act Requests received by DAIL

Please note that not all public records requests will be posted on our website. Please reach out to Hope Smith, Public Records Officer if the information you are requesting is not located below.

Not all documents content meets the Accessibility standards, please send an email to AHS.DAILWebsiteInquiries@vermont.gov to review options.

Requesting a Public Record

Please put your request in writing and email it to Hope.Smith@Vermont.gov  If email is not an option, you may call Hope at 802-241-0351 or mail your request to:

DAIL will respond to your request within three business days of receiving it unless there are unusual circumstances and the three day period may be extended in accordance with 1 V.S.A. §318.  Unusual circumstances may result in an extension, upon written notice, of up to 10 (ten) business days from receipt of your request.
