The Developmental Disabilities Services Division is renewing the Vermont State System of Care Plan for Developmental Disabilities Services for FY23-25. A draft of the Plan and a summary of the proposed changes are below. There will be two public hearings for stakeholders to provide their comments on the proposed changes. The Division will accept written comment as well until November 23, 2022.
