Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, DeafBlind Survey

We invite you to participate in a survey designed to better understand the unique needs and preferences of Vermonters who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, or have hearing differences. This survey is crucial because Vermont currently lacks sufficient data to develop effective strategies to enhance support systems for these communities.

By contributing your insights, you will help bridge significant gaps in our understanding and ensure that these communities receive the support they need to thrive. The survey covers various aspects of daily life, including demographics, healthcare experiences, educational opportunities, and employment challenges. It is optional, anonymous, and takes approximately 5-15 minutes to complete. You may skip any questions you are uncomfortable answering. Your participation is vital in shaping policy decisions and guiding future funding to meet the community's needs. Thank you for sharing your voice in this important initiative.
