Direct Care Worker Survey

Direct Care Worker Survey – Response Deadline: January 1, 2022

The Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living (DAIL) is working on a project looking at our direct care workforce in Choices for Care and Developmental Services. DAIL is working with a Vermont Certified Public Managers program team to learn more about our direct care workforce (such as PCAs) and hear directly from them about their jobs.

If you are providing direct care to older Vermonters or Vermonters with disabilities in their home or community, we want to hear from you! Please take this short survey to share your perspective. We want to hear from a diversity of workers about experiences in this field. Your voices are critical in efforts to improve our services and systems of care.

Note that individuals and agencies will not be identified in the survey; rather, the information will only be used in the aggregate. The deadline to respond is January 1, 2022.

Deadline: January 1, 2022

The purpose of this project is to better understand our current direct care workforce and support efforts to strengthen our workforce. This work will culminate in a final report provided to DAIL in the spring. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

On behalf of both DAIL and the project team, thank you!
