Residence Licensing Regulations.
The final proposed rule on Residential Care Homes and Assisted Living Residence Licensing Regulations has been submitted to the Legislative Committee on Administrative Rules (LCAR) for its consideration. It includes a memo that lists all the changes made to the proposed rules since they were first submitted to the Secretary of State. The memo also summarizes all the comments that were received about the proposed rules and how the Department has responded to those comments.
