The Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living is currently seeking a Division Director to lead Vermont’s Developmental Services (DS) program and the Office of Public Guardian. An ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership skills as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse stakeholder group to identify and implement systems improvements with the goal of creating safe and supportive communities. Maintaining close relationships with consumer, family, provider and advocate stakeholders is an important part of this role. This role has a significant impact of the quality of life of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families as well as individuals receiving public guardian services.
